Service Description

Can-West is super excited to get involved in the growing Sport of Inline Hockey. This is a great way to keep kids involved in hockey while giving them a fresh breathe of air. Inline has a unique rule set compared to ice hockey with no Icings, Off Sides and every face off taking place at center ice. The 4v4 experience gives them the opportunity to grow their play making abilities while seeing the ice from a different perspective. Format We are looking to use this year to grow the game and create a solid format as we look to enter the Alberta League in the Summer of 2024. This will give us the time to get a better understanding as or an organization on what our numbers will look like heading into our Inaugural season. Every athlete will have new team mates every session as we look to only include gameplay throughout our first season. We are looking to grow the sport of Inline in the surrounding areas and by having as much fun as possible is the goal! This allows us to create unique experiences with new friends and teammates every session. Game Times will be 3 15 min non stop periods giving athletes proper time to get warmed up before hand. Dates Every Tuesday and Thursday. Times will be decided on age Groups and numbers. Monday June - 20,27 July - 4,11,18 Wednesday June - 22,29 July - 6,13,20 Equipment REQUIRED - Roller Blades - Knee Pads - Hockey Pants and socks or Inline Shell - Elbow Pads - Pennies will be handed out at each game so feel free to bring your Favorite Jersey. - Helmet (With Cage) - Hockey Gloves and Stick
